Special Terms and conditions

Reservation and Payment
The use of our services express the acceptance of our terms, and conditions. These Terms shall apply regardless of the means by which the site was accessed, including, but not limited to, through the URL address, electronic mail, or links from another site. Our booking could be via Mail, phone, fax, or e-mail. Space will be available on a first come basis based on deposit of $250 paid and remainder of charges paid by October 27, 2001 and receipt of necessary documentation. Payment should be either with your personal check or money order payable to Casablanca Travel & Tours.  Casablanca Travel & Tours regrets that it can not accept credit card payments.

Air Transportation
All flights are via Royal air Maroc, with one stop each way in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.  Departure and return are from JFK International airport in New York, New York.  

Documentation
We require a letter or email addressed to Casablanca Travel & Tours or internet form completed requesting our trip and a copy of each traveler's passport. Visas are not required for American citizens.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing.  Casablanca Travel & Tours will not be held responsible for cancellations due to delayed payment, lack of necessary documentation, or any other reason.

$250.00 deposit is required per person for reservation for the limited space on this trip and remainder of charges by October 27, 2001.

Please note that $250.00 per person from the deposit received is not refundable after October 27, 2001 unless the entire trip is cancelled.  In this event, all payments would be refunded.

Baggage
Two suitcases will be allowed per passenger, not to exceed a combined total of 106 inches in length, width and height, plus a small carry on bag. not more than 45 inches in length, width and height.

Not Included

Tips to guides and drivers, laundry, room service charges, and all charges beyond our tour package.

Insurance: Casablanca Travel & tours strongly recommends the purchase of individual travelers' insurance to its clients.  There are many firms offering this service dealing with trip cancellation and interruption protection, medical insurance, emergency evacuation coverage, baggage insurance, rental car coverage and more.  These services are generally supplementary to your existing coverage.  One suggestion is 1travelinsurance.com

Terms & Conditions

Casablanca Travel & Tours and or their agent act only as agents for the passenger in regard to travel by railroad, motorcar, motor-coach, agents for passenger in arranging hotel accommodations and sightseeing events, and agents for the airlines involved in arranging for air transportation, assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, downgrade or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reasons of defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carry out the arrangements of the tour.

Casablanca Travel & Tours and Friends of Morocco accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or other expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. Baggage is at owners risk entirely. The issuance and acceptance of a voucher or ticket shall be deemed to be consent for any act, omission, or event while the passengers are not on board the aircraft. The passenger ticket in use by said airline and the airline (s) ticket govern the issuance of the air transportation. Transportation within the US may be provided by any member carrier of the Air Traffic Conference of America.  All rates are based on the value of the US dollar, as of January 1st of the current year. Itinerary and hotels are subject to change.
